As we all know a few days ago muslims around the globe were fasting for a whole month in Ramadan and after the end of this holy month comes Eid al fitr (holiday) which is celebrated by muslims too after completing fasting and in this Eid we do a lot of stuff such as making prayer, give charity, visiting family also our society especially in Algeria have the habbit to make traditionel cakes and share it with family and neighbors and one of those cakes we made are as follows

1- Sablet:

this is my favorite one it has a refined taste, if you just bite one you won't be able to stop because of the taste of apricot jam and the coconut.

2-Baklawa:

This latter is made of Almonds and walnuts and most of all it is full of honey it is really delicious but you can't eat a lot cause you will immediately feel full of yourself

3-Makrout:

I think this one is prepared by all the Arabian community it is considered as the main cake you can not find a house which didn't cook it during Eid, this latter is stuffed with dates jam

4-Cornets:

This one is yummy too at first glance it looks like Baklawa but it is stuffed with different ingredient which is pistachio it is really tasty
