I'm a mom of two and a culinary graduate, after I graduated I was hired as a pastry chef. At first I need to learn simple baking techniques, the recipes of each cake, the frosting, the proper way to coat a cake even the making of the fillings. But then pandemic happen everything stops for a moment even my job because we are supplying cakes to a cafe inside malls. But then I did not stop baking I was just baking cookies and brownies and sell inside our neighborhood. Until I started to become interested to try breads, I watch online tutorials via facebook and youtube then tried these delicious Filipino delicacy, Ube cheese pandesal. Trial and error until I got the perfect taste and become the best seller during 2020 pandemic. It has cheese and ube (purple yam) inside and cheese even the bread dough has an ube flavor, soft and very tasty.
