It is the way the Dunkirk movie was written, as it has three aspects of the film's events that make the story somewhat difficult to understand, although it is generally seen as a normal incident. Christopher Nolan's tenth film was about 198,000 British soldiers and 140,000 soldiers during WWII in 1940. It tells the true story of the evacuation of Allied soldiers in one of the most violent epics that took place during this war, from which he was evacuated. From France, Belgium, Canada, Poland and the Netherlands. The film was met with various criticisms, besides the racism problem, there is also the difficulty of understanding the events in the story and distinguishing between its axes.

each is told to the end, and then the other follows it back to back or back to back, but every time the director takes us to a certain point of view, then it takes us back to another point of view, then it takes us to another and so this historical fact is very complex and difficult to understand until it becomes. Therefore, we will try to deconstruct and simplify events to make it easier to digest and understand well.

First image at The Mole - a week

This scene is told on Dunkirk Beach through the soldiers stranded in the port and lasts a week.

Second view at sea - one day

This view tells of his events from the sea, especially on his boat with Mr. "Dawson" son "Peter" and other son "George" and lasts for a day.

Third appearance, in the air - an hour

This view is told from the air, especially with pilots "Farrier" starring Tom Hardy and "Collins" starring Jack Luden, and lasts an hour.

So how do each of the three perspectives meet in the film?

The first thing to understand is that the three destinations start and end at the same time. In other words, the first image that occurred in the port, the Mole, is the second vision that starts first and lasts for seven days, then takes place at sea and lasts a day because it did not happen until the last day. From the first point of view, the day or the seventh day, then we reach the third view that occurs in the air, the Weather, which lasted an hour because it did not occur from the first point of view until the last hour, and the second point of view at the end of the film, and therefore the three goals met at the same time, but as we said, it did not start at the same time.

We will repeat the description briefly to make the picture clearer. Viewpoint 3 did not start from Point of View 2 and 1 until the last hour and View 2 did not start from Point of View 1 until the last day. Take a careful note of this graphic picture below, designed by someone and posted on Reddit. It will help you better understand when the three goals started and how they ended.
