Hello friends, today I bring you a recipe for noodles with ham and vegetables that I hope you like. I learned this many years ago and I have been making it my own. I learned it when I was a teenager and worked in a Chinese restaurant.
The noodles used in traditional Chinese restaurants are specific and that you can find in any Chinese store, but this time we will make it with typical Verimicelli pasta.
INGREDIENTS
1 Kg of long pasta
300 Grs of Ham (the one of your preference)
300 grams of Cabbage cut into long strips
200 Grs of Carrot in Julienne
200 Grs of Onion chopped into strips
300 Grms of Green Paprika in Fine Julienne
200 Grs of Celeri in strips
200 Grsm of Chives
Oil for frying
Salt, Ajinomoto
Soy Sauce for Chinese Food.
PREPARATION-PREPARACION:
Before starting the preparation, I remind you that these shakes to be sautéed and served as hot dishes, are prepared in the traditional and typical Wok for Oriental and Asian food.
The first thing is to heat the Wok until it is hot enough to be able to add the oil.
After frying the ham with the onion and adding the vegetables, and sautéing them with the stirrer, the intention is only to integrate them and sauté them with the oil.
Add salt, ajinomoto, and soy sauce and continue stirring until the colors and flavors are integrated. Lower the kitchen fire a little.
Add the cooked pasta (it should be al dente point).
Stir and continue sautéing the vegetables now with the pasta until the vegetables and pasta are well integrated; add another little soybean and stir.
You serve it on a plate so hot; Well, noodles with vegetables are a dish that is served and eaten hot. You can accompany it with bread and serve with your favorite drink.
This dish is Gradient because you feel the flavor of the vegetables in all their freshness and maximum expression of flavor, so much so that in each bite that you take to your mouth you will feel the crunch of the rich and colorful vegetables.
