October 31-November 2
What's happening or events between the date that said above? Does anyone know the difference between the happenings? Now let's talk about them.
It is mostly celebrated by the Catholic. But base on our belief we are no longer able to do something for the dead. We can think of them but there's no use in praying for their souls.
October 31
It's on Halloween day!
Halloween comes from the word "All Hallows' Eve".It means hallowed evening. Where people dressed up in costume. They attend Halloween party too. Some kids go door to door for "tricks or treat".
November 1
All Saints Day!
It is the feast day! Cleaning of the tomb and offering candles and flowers to loved ones who are departed. Remembering all the novel victory of saints, martyr, known and unknown.
November 2
All Souls Day!
The days of the dead. The day to pray for their loved ones. Also known as the commemoration of the faithful who died and believe they are in purgatory to be purified before entering heaven.
The best part of this is they still know the significance of their departed loved ones. The sentimental values are still there.
But don't you know that those words are not written in the Bible? Sad to say but yes, they are not in the Bible. I just want to share this. This is only my opinion but if you want to know go and read your Bible.
Happy Halloween!!! 🎃 🍭 👻
