I think we are in the final stage of bitcoin mining. Did you know that there is only 21 million bitcoin supply in total and currently, 18.5 million bitcoin have already been mined? So, there is 2.5 million bitcoin left. Once miners reached this limited and fixed supply it could be complicated. But I think bitcoin developers will not let this happens. There would be a chance to increase and produced more supply of bitcoin and change their protocol, strategies, and process related to bitcoin.
