In addition, these sleeping hours may not be regular. Some people can sleep at 4 in the morning and wake up at 2 and 3 in the noon.

Trouble sleeping is a condition that often affects your ability to get enough quality sleep. Many of us have trouble sleeping from time to time. It is usually caused by stress, travel, illness, or other temporary interruptions in your normal routine. However, if you regularly have trouble sleeping at night, feel exhausted, or feel sleepy during the day, you may be having a sleep problem. This sleep disorder can manifest itself in various ways.

People with insomnia often ask "what is the symptom of not being able to sleep at night?", "How can the problem of being unable to fall asleep be solved?", "What are the harms of sleep disorders?" can be busy with questions like. Insomnia can have many causes. Stress and a thoughtful mind can be very effective in people experiencing insomnia. Apart from that, experts do a lot of research on insomnia, sleep problems, insomnia and insomnia solutions. According to the researches, insomnia situations and sleep diseases that people mostly encounter were determined.

What Are Insomnia Diseases?

Insomnia:

Insomnia is the inability to sleep or to sleep efficiently. It can be caused by stress, jet lag, a health condition, medications, or even the amount of coffee you drink. Insomnia can also be caused by other sleep disorders or mood disorders such as anxiety and depression.

Sleep apnea:

Sleep apnea is a common (and treatable) sleep disorder in which your breathing stops temporarily during sleep and wakes you up frequently. If you have sleep apnea, you may not remember these awakenings, but you will likely feel exhausted, restless and depressed during the day, or you will see a decrease in your productivity. Sleep apnea is a serious sleep disorder, so see a doctor right away and find out how to help yourself.

Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)

Restless leg syndrome (RLS) is a sleep disorder that causes an almost irresistible urge to move your legs or arms at night. The urge to move occurs while resting or lying down and is often caused by discomfort, tingling, pain, or creeping sensations. However, there are many ways to manage and relieve symptoms, including self-help solutions that you can use at home. Meeting with a psychologist, psychotherapy, online therapy and online psychologist support will also help you in this process.

Narcolepsy

Narcolepsy; It is a sleep disorder that includes extreme daytime sleepiness and uncontrolled sleepiness. It is caused by dysfunction of the brain mechanism that controls sleep and waking. If you have narcolepsy, you may experience "sleep attacks" in the middle of talking, working, or even driving. Although there is no cure yet, a combination of treatments can help control symptoms and allow you to enjoy many normal activities.

How Does Sleep Disorder Affect Our Lives?

Sleep disturbances cause more than daytime sleepiness. They can take a serious toll on your mental and physical health, including your mood, energy, and ability to cope with stress. Ignoring sleep problems and disorders can lead to weight gain, car crashes, impaired work performance, memory problems, and tense relationships. Quality sleep is a necessity, not a luxury, if you want to feel your best, stay healthy and fulfill your potential.

Having trouble sleeping frequently can be a frustrating and debilitating experience. You sleep badly at night, which makes you feel tired in the morning and quickly consume the energy you have during the day. But no matter how tired you feel at night, you still have trouble sleeping. And so the cycle begins again. However, you don't have to live with a sleep problem. There are many things you can do to identify the underlying causes of your sleep disorder and to improve your sleep, health and quality of life. So how are sleep problems solved?

Especially with cognitive therapy, you can get away from your inappropriate thoughts and beliefs that cause insomnia. You can get accurate information about sleep norms and age-related changes. For this reason, you can take therapy or, if you prefer, online therapy, and you can be informed correctly by a specialist psychologist.
