Releasing Emotions in Read.Cash

Hello dear readers, I have few publications due to the short time I have been here at read.cash, but those of you who have followed me may have noticed that I write about topics related to my profession as an educational psychologist. Thinking that by exposing professional topics, I somehow guide people who identify with what I write. I rarely deal with personal issues. This week I dedicated it to reading and commenting, because I had neglected that important part to make myself known. I read and commented on more than 40 articles in 4 days, since I set a goal for the month of August to read and comment on 5 to 10 posts a day. In the end, reflecting on what I read, I realized something. The posts are beautiful and inspiring. Many are emotionally liberating! You give life, passion, strength to what you write. I read about situations that worry you, that hurt you, about frustrations, joys, moments of happiness, tranquility and peace. It allowed me to reflect on the experiences of the emotional world from the point of view of other people. I confess that I identified with some of the posts. For many people, it is not easy to talk about their emotions with others. Men find it more difficult to express emotions in public. Women, on the other hand, find it easier. But when we all decide to write, it is easier to express our emotions there. At that moment, we open a door of liberation. Without realizing it, we are our own therapists, and for free because we don't pay for a consultation, we just write. I can assure you, my reader friends, that when we finish writing our thoughts and emotions we will feel less stress, because we will be able to identify those obstacles that prevent us from moving forward, that we had not identified before. We give them names, we are able to establish priorities, we are able to establish action measures. Because that's how it was captured in the posts I read. In some articles, the writer sets objectives and goals, setting deadlines. Planning and taking action. What great therapy it is to write on read.cash! I don't know if you have noticed that when you write you open a personal, intimate mechanism. You delve into your thoughts and emotions. In the end, you feel at peace. Isn't that right? In some posts, the narrative came from people who reflect happiness, tranquility, and peace. Another advantage of writing! Who doesn't want peace and tranquility in their soul?

*from unsplash* When we write in read.cash we are giving ourselves space for ourselves, in these times of so much stress, confinement, anguish. By writing you give yourself precious time dedicated to yourself, giving strength to generate changes in your person. And with the satisfaction of generating income. Thanks to all of you, for making me reflect on reading your posts, on how important it is to release emotions when writing. From now on I will be writing personal reflections and events as well. As a final point of reflection I can tell you: Writing on read.cash, is a daily routine, healthy, therapeutic, and free, plus it generates income for you. Peace and tranquility to all! Thank you for reading. I look forward to your comments.
