Phulan Devi is the name of the brave bandit woman who was raped and killed by 23 people.

.

As a child, Phulon and his father found a way to earn money by planting a neem tree to marry their sister. He started fighting to get his father's property back. In retaliation, Mayadin (Phulan's own older brother) arranged the marriage of Phulan, only 11 years old, to a man named Puttilal, 30.

.

Forced physical contact and torture continued regularly in the in-laws' home with Shishu Phulan. Although he returned to his father's house, Phulan's family left him at his father-in-law's house instead of looking at the society. As the situation did not change, Phulon protested and went to his father's house permanently. In Malla society, a woman who had abandoned her husband was considered to be characterless. So the villagers started slandering one after another with Phulan.

.

When he returned home, he started protesting again. However, his elder brother Mayadin handed him over to the police on the charge of theft. Fulon was sentenced to three days in prison. For the first time in three days, she was gang-raped by the police. He was expelled from his family and village without any punishment but after his release from jail.

.

Babu Gujjar is the leader of the gang that Phulan Devi was a member of. The eyes of this cruel robber fell on Phulan. He was raped several times by Babu. Vikram Malla, the second leader of the bandit group, came forward to save him. He killed Babu Gujjar and declared himself as the head of the bandit band.

.

Meanwhile, Phulan Devi created passion and love for Vikram. They got married and made a bet to distribute the looted property among the poor.

.

After the marriage, Phulan went to the village of Puttilal with her first husband, Vikram, and on the back of a donkey in front of the people, took her to the other end of the village and beat her. They leave Puttilal in a state of near-death, with a letter of warning that an older man may not be able to do as he was tortured by marrying a young girl.

.

With training from her husband Vikram Malla, Phulan became quite skilled in firing guns, looting villages, abducting landlords, robbing trains, etc.

.

In the meantime, the bandits were divided into two separate groups, Malla and Tagore. Sriram (the real head of the bandit group) could not accept this division within the group. Due to which Vikram became his main enemy. After trying twice in a row, they finally removed the thorn in the side and abducted Phulan.

After the abduction, Sriram brought Phulan Devi to Behmai village and presented her in front of the whole village almost naked. The villagers were instructed to torture Vikram's killer. First Sriram, then one by one, many members of the Tagore community brutally tortured him for about 23 days. At one stage of the gang-rape, a group of human-like animals left him thinking he was dead. Somehow Phulan got into a bullock cart and escaped from Behmai.

One of Vikram's friends, Man Singh, gets the news from Phulen. With his help, he reached Mustakim, the father of a Muslim dacoit.

Then they formed another band of robbers. Exactly seventeen months later, he found the two Thakurs who had brutally tortured Phulan.

Phulan shot the 22 deities present in a row and shot them dead. The incident is notorious in history as the 'Behmai Massacre' or the 'Behmai Massacre'.

After serving almost eleven years in jail, Phulon was twice elected MP and surprised everyone.

It is my responsibility to consider whether Phulon is a notorious or a legendary brave woman in history. !

Phulan, who was shot by Sher Singh on his way back from Parliament on July 25, 2001, was taken to hospital. Doctors on duty declared him died.
