Rape and Bangladesh

[1] In Bangladesh, ordinary people do not get justice. Those who disagree with this statement are reminded of only two murders, Tanu, Sagar-Runi.Many are demanding the death penalty for rape. I did not go into the discussion whether the death penalty will reduce rape or not. Would anyone please tell me that the trial for the sudden death penalty will begin at the touch of a magic wand, where the trial is not taking place under the current law? If such a trial were to begin, it remains to be seen whether the death penalty will reduce rape.

[2] Martial arts / self-defense education. According to the 2011 census, there are 4.6 crore 10-50 year old girls / women in Bangladesh. I think it will be close to five and a half crore in proportion to the current population. Teach martial arts to five and a half crore? Where most of them do not have proper food, clothing, shelter, now they have to spend time and money on martial arts?During the French Revolution, Queen Marie Antoinette of France asked, "Why are they rebelling?" When he was told that they could not afford to buy bread, so he rebelled, or did Mary Antonet say, "Then why aren't they eating cake?"

2.1. Why would families spend money on this cake called Martial Arts Learning?

2,2. I realized that the government made it free for everyone. Everywhere in the country where there is no high school, I learned that martial arts schools were built in every 8,000 villages under the magic wand. What did you say? There is no such magic wand? Oh yes, then it won't be. I learned in one week that martial arts are not about cycling or swimming. It takes years of pursuit, and without it, it is very difficult to get along with the competitor.

3] Rabindranath's discovery of shoes is my favorite poem. Rabindranath probably did not write this poem as a social mirror, yet I see the reflection of the daily news of Bangladesh in the poem. Summary for those who have forgotten: The king's feet are covered with dust. It has to be solved, but the solution is all wrong. For example, the whole world was swept away, water was poured and mud was made, finally the proposal came, the earth should be covered with mats, or the king should be imprisoned in the house.

Again barely called advice;

As good as Basil is again--

Turning his head, Haril mustard eyes,

Alas, the dust does not get to the end.

Said, "Cover with mahi mat,

I will cover the floor and stop the dust. '

Someone said, "Keep the king in the house,

Somewhere

There are no holes.

If you do not step in the dust

If that is the case, then there is no dust on the feet. '

Is there any similarity between the words of idiot Jalil and many more idiots?

Said, "Cover the body with cloth,

I will stop the rape in Thane clothes. '

Someone said, "Keep the girls in the house,

Somewhere

There are no holes.

If they do not give out

Then there will be no rape.

Concerns. So why are girls wearing hijab / burqa in madrasas raped? Why are madrasa boys raped? Why is the housewife raped inside the house?

Why is rape on the rise?

To understand the answer, we have to go back to [1]. The answer is simple. There is no justice, there is no punishment, so rape leads. They were wasting time even after calling the police in connection with the rape at MC College in Sylhet. Under the pressure of a Chhatra League boy named Babla, the police finally entered the hall and prevented him from destroying the signs. As a result, some leaders of Chhatra League were finally caught. Nothing would have happened without acacia.

If the video had not gone viral a month after the Begumganj incident, these criminals would have survived. There, too, the woman was evicted from the village, and the criminals roamed around with pride.

The culprits must be caught. They must be judged. They must be punished. Three connected but huge steps. Even if they are, rape will not stop 100%. However, examples from around the world show that rape will decrease. When the police catch up before the video goes viral, they stop saying "such and such a party", these trials and punishments continue to happen regularly, then at least we can say that the government is doing its job. Isn't that happening? Then put pressure on the government not to imprison the girls at home or on screen.

There is a right solution to every problem. Without it, problems cannot be solved overnight with unnecessary unrealistic solutions, at least learn this lesson from shoe discovery.
