Tips for all of us.

It is normal to feel fear and anxiety during COVID-19, especially as this crisis lasts. In addition to taking care of our health to prevent coronavirus, it is also important that we take care of our mental health while staying indoors.

Do not let negative thoughts overwhelm you and do not be ashamed to ask for help if you need it.

Do your parents ever hate you and constantly scold you? Instead of getting bored, talk to them in depth and make it a chance to be together at home to bond with your parents. Talk to each other as you get to know and understand each other.

Do you miss the barkada? Use social media, video calls, chat or text to say hello and talk to friends. Listen to each other's stories, thoughts and feelings. Let’s survive this together!

Look for distractions or distractions. Try to learn a hobby, skill, or talent. It helps reduce anxiety during this time. Even if you are not in school, you can still learn new things.

Make a routine and try to follow it. You can help with homework in the morning, practice playing in the afternoon, and read to develop the mind at night. Do the things that make you happy. Also do not forget to relax and unwind.

Stir and sweat. Exercise. Perform dance challenges on TikTok or YouTube. Also invite your housemates to join the video for more fun! Exercise and body movements help strengthen resistance against COVID-19 and other diseases.

Even if you miss milestones in life because of quarantine, such as graduation or birthday celebration, you can still create memories. Celebrate achievements and special occasions in your own way. Take photoshoots, vlogs, mini-ceremonies, and virtual celebrations on social media with your friends and relatives.

Be a smart and responsible netizen. Since most of our connections are virtual, be careful and critical online. Check out information and socialize online. Only share significant things.

Help with household chores as much as possible, especially if your family is struggling during this time due to job loss or lack of daily necessities. Survive as one family tayo!

Do you need someone to talk to? You're not alone. Chat or text friends or relatives. If you feel anxious, someone is willing to listen to you!

Are you saddened by the situation caused by COVID-19 and the news about it? Be the voice of youth and inspire others! We all experience sadness and hardship because of this crisis. Understanding each other helps, and sharing fun and hope.

Appreciate life anyway! Try to list three things you are thankful for every day. You do not need to explain. Just share. Life goes on. We will fight!
