5. Oily fish. Omega-3 fatty acids are the source of such fish such as salmon, tuna, pilchards. According to a 2014 report, eating Omega-3 fatty acids prevents rheumatoid arthritis (RA). RA is a chronic autoimmune condition that attacks other healthy parts of the body and weakens the immune system.

No vaccine against this deadly virus has yet been discovered, but it is good that we have an alternative to fight this type of disease.
