What Do You Do When You Feel Like Having A Financial Crisis Soon?
When the economy does not indicate good signs, it's just a matter of time before we all will be affected. Small businesses find it hard to survive, their sales drop, and they have to pay more for products. So the product sale price increases. As a consumer, we have nothing but to pay more to buy products.
Big companies start to lay off their employees. Things may look good from the outside but look the opposite from the inside. If doing a job and having a salary is the only income source, it is horrible when you lose your job.
Even if you have a job and get a salary, your salary does not increase as much as the increase in inflation. As a result, you cannot afford to buy different items that you used to buy before.
If you lose your job and have an emergency fund, you have some time to look for another job or find some ways to make money. Having an emergency fund is not optional, it is mandatory that can give you some extra time to get back on the trick.
When you feel like having a personal financial crisis, the sooner you take preparation for that, the better. Don't rely on one source of income. It will make you vulnerable in case anything happens or you lose your job. You can do other things to have multiple sources of income.
It does not necessarily have to be big, but you need to get started soon. After getting back from the office, you can utilize the time properly. You have time before going to the bed. You can do a part-time job or, start a side hustle to make some extra money.
Find ways to accumulate some cash if you can. You can use that to buy daily necessary items. Everyone has some cash in their house you just cannot see it. You have something in your house that you don't use or don't need anymore. You can easily sell those old items to have the extra money in your pocket.
When you are going through a hard time, $100 dollars looks huge. You should be more careful when you decide to buy products and services. If you can save little money, that can help in a bad time.
So what do you think? Please feel free to leave your comments. Thank you for reading this post. That's it for now. I'll be back with another post.
