Martial art is a combination of body, mind and soul. It’s not just kicking and punching. It teaches you not only how to stay fit and healthy but also how to defend yourself. It teaches you how to be a better person to have a happy and peaceful life.
So, find out your big why. What is it that you really want? What's your driving forces to learn martial arts or go to the gym? It will give you the right answer.
Coming to a time like 2023, I think going to the gym is much better than learning martial arts. Because when you do gym, your body health will improve a lot and will be strong which will also help to protect you from any danger. But at a time when everyone has a variety of modern weapons, there is nothing more stupid than learning martial arts.
