Potential victims click the link to participate in the airdrops. It redirects the victims to the fake Layerzero website that looks like the original one. Then they are asked to connect their crypto wallet to the website. Following instructions, they take action. Scammers drain their crypto wallets and victims are left with nothing.

I usually avoid airdrops. Many people are doing well participating in airdrops. In case you decide to participate in any airdrop, do not click random links on social media. Check that out properly. Don't get into FOMO to do anything. Scammers usually use the tactic of scarcity to take action quickly.

Potential victims do not get the time to think. There is a high chance people can avoid fake airdrops if they take the time to look into it. Do not jump into any offer without doing any research about that before. It is better to avoid scams at any cost. So watch out and be careful!
