Boost in the Immune System

With the on set of the pandemic a lock down was imposed and citizens were not allowed to go out making us frightened especially the cases skyrocketed. To calm myself and my family to that deadly virus we boost our immune system.

Supplements:

Vitamin c with zinc, multivitamins with minerals and those supplements with omega 3 and 5.

Foods:

Fresh fruit and vegetables like the leafy vegetables which could be pick in our backyard. With fruits so costly but we have to.

Exercise:

We do little cardio with our stationary bike, walk on stairs, two sets of leg raise and crunch, stretching and sneak out to play badminton with playmate.

Relax:

Watching videos and tv programs but not focusing on news regarding virus because it makes us paranoid. Go to bed early and have a good sound sleep. Praying for healing.

Other remedies and precaution:

Steam inhalation when experience itchy or sore throat, on dry cough coupled with cough syrup, more water and herbs like turmeric and ginger.

I think all these have a great help, others won't believe on alternative medicines but there's no harm in trying and believing.

Yes I accept that because meditation is also a prayer. Through prayers we relax and forget what we are facing right now. Thanks for commenting.
