We too grow as a Parent with our Kids!
Parenting is a 24/7 job. Yes, unpaid! But the love that comes with it is what makes us go on...
Every single day is new learning for me, as a mom of a four years old son. I'm growing as a parent, I'm learning the things I never thought I have to, I'm solving the problems I never thought would be in my life. It doesn't sound fun, I know. But believe me, there's hidden fun and enjoyment in this. And I guess every parent knows about this very well.
If you ask me what is the toughest thing I have confronted as a parent till now, then maybe I have to say; managing temper tantrums. I'm a short-tempered person so it's really hard for me to hold myself back and find alternatives to distract my little one positively. But I'm trying my best.
Learning is a must in parenting, that's what I understand so far. In this era when we have to face new problems every single day, there's no other way to survive and make our kids play this survival game successfully we need to learn.
If you take this growth as fun then you sure will enjoy this journey. I would not say, I'm doing a perfect job. But there's no limit to trying, no?
It feels challenging in many ways, that's what I found. No one says parenting is easy. But it's tough that we see from outside. There are so many things every parent goes through. But these challenges help us grow as a person too.
Adding value to another human life is a big responsibility. Parents- who are doing this are too growing with their kids, with the child they are raising. It takes time to find the right path of parenting and be in a calm state of mind as a parent. But this journey is worth it.
