This is how I prepared Tagliatelle/Flat Ribbon Pasta 🍝🍝
What I love most about pasta is, it's a very flexible recipe. There are so many ways to prepare a single type of pasta, it's like a never-ending taste test. As our cousin is a bit different with having a lot of curry and spicey flavors so I usually do some experiments as well.
I know, some people hate seeing incorporating 'their' food into some other cousins. But for me, it's okay. As long as I'm not satisfied/comfortable with the taste, I do experiments.
Just like that this time I made Tagliatelle in a different way.
Let's see...
First, we need to prepare the pasta by boiling them with some salt obviously.
Then comes what we are gonna add to our pasta. This time I choose some capsicum slices, pre-cooked beef slices, and some mozzarella. I know the combo doesn't sound best but believe me it was delicious.
After cooking for a while I added some pre-cooked beef slices and the pasta. I also add some tomato sauce, some pasta mix that comes with the packet and that's it.
Before turning off the heat I added some shredded mozzarella.
I know it looks very flat. But maybe because it's my planting skill, I'm not good at that.
But the taste came out really good.
The capsicum slices became very soft, the taste of butter was adding something extra, and the cheese and beef were too delicious together.
It was worth trying this way.
Do experiment with your food and let me know what do you think about this recipe.
Have a good day, everyone.
Wow, just in the picture already is delish, how about more when it is in reality. The pasta dishes are all so good!
