Law vs Spiritualism
The element of human life, death and life, defeats the treasures of gold, gems and diamonds, sacrifice takes a second of breath, defense does not limit age, time and energy, seeing reality based on rules that do not match the essence of life, losing a life worth sacrificing, crying, sweat coming out of the screams of parents cannot stop man's punishment is harsher than the Creator.
Humans are born based on the will of the Almighty but have to go with the will of humans, the punishment of the world is not like the punishment of the Almighty. One judge's knock sends life to a different world for a moment, causing tears to leave forever leaving a dark trail of good and evil. The heart is like a treasure point. One bullet hunt ends the breath that money can't buy.
The state has laws and rules to regulate the life of its people regarding life, social, economy, culture, customs, attitudes, actions, rights, obligations etc. The state allows its people to embrace beliefs according to their respective rights, there is no coercion from any party because it is human right to determine the protector and giver of salvation.
as citizens, they must obey the law because the law is the main basis when humans carry out all actions. breaking the rules means having to deal with the law legal action is absolutely in accordance with the ratification of state rules.
The law has the aim of directing humans to comply with all applicable provisions, violations of the rule of law will be punished with punishment in accordance with their actions. law enforcers are the rules, government, police, judges and the highest decision makers are judges.
When someone commits an act of wrongdoing that harms other people and the state such as robbery, murder, theft, rape, defamation, hate speech, drug abuse, acts of violence against women and children, corruption, nepotism, etc., law enforcers will take action to process the case. starting from the stages of the case, the determination of articles, the trial and the court judge's decision.
The perpetrators of crimes are all people, without exception, judges can enter the legal arena when they violate the rules as well as the government, police, state security, leaders or state officials are all under the law.
The judge decided that the punishment for the perpetrators of the crime was imprisonment and a maximum loss of money. Based on this judge's decision, the sentence was an action that cannot be contested when the hammer is knocked three times.
Putting in prison means you can still breathe and breathe but what about the death penalty? Imprisonment can indeed make people become discouraged and when they get out of prison their life can change in a positive direction by doing good deeds but the death penalty will not give a chance to live even though they do not experience imprisonment.
The death penalty is the final act when committing a grave misdeed but
Is this action in accordance with human nature?
Is the judge as the decision maker correct and in accordance with the actions of the perpetrator?
How about people as executioners shoot or other ways to kill the perpetrator, does he feel guilty?
Spiritualism View
As humans, we have the right to determine spiritual beliefs (religion) and the state supports the right of each person to determine it himself without any coercion and intervention from other parties, meaning that state rules do not prohibit people's choices to embrace or not.
The spiritual life teaches humans to do good deeds and the truth according to the will of the Almighty or God. Good deeds such as loving, loving, giving, helping, protecting, forgiving, respecting, appreciating etc. are commands to be obeyed by humans so that the life of spiritualism is in line with the teachings.
The teachings of spiritualism also teach humans not to commit evil acts, meaning that religious teachings prohibit actions such as killing, stealing, robbing, lying, judging, holding grudges, hating etc. because these actions are not in accordance with the teachings and are actions that are not desired by God.
When humans do righteous deeds, according to the teachings of God, they will bless humans with their actions, but when humans commit evil acts, humans have sinned before Him.
Can sin be punished by religion?
Do human sins directly get punishment from God?
Is God a just judge when humans sin?
The teachings of spiritualism direct humans to recognize good and evil, humans have the right to confess their sins before God and not to repeat them again because God is a source of forgiveness to people who sincerely admit their sins. God does not automatically take lives and humans will never know how God works for sinful servants because everything is right from Him.
What about state punishment, is it in accordance with the teachings of spiritualism?
Is the judge's decision correct in God's eyes?

Hi friend. Laws are made for some reasons. But obeying the law is not always the basis of being good man. There are many laws on earth which are not in accordance with God's will.
