Why are dragon fruits costlier than mangos and cashews?

Expensive Means Inferior Quality: The New Rule of Market Driven Economics (which is applicable sometimes)

Have you ever tasted hazelnuts?

There is nothing special about the taste and nowhere more expensive than cashew nuts.
While cashew is actually the most delicious dry fruit in the world.
Dragonfruit is tasteless and more expensive than saffron mango!

Why so?

This is because cashews and mangoes are items that no one doubts about their deliciousness.
Mankind has spent hundreds of years and crores of rupees to develop these crops.

Several times more land, money, and labor are invested in growing cashews and mangoes than dragon fruit each year, as farmers are confident that these crops will sell at good prices in the market.

Due to such thoughts, a steady and reliable supply of these crops has been created in the market. That's why they are cheaper than novelty items.

Let me tell you another example,

If Russian caviar was as tasty as its famous, then food scientists from hot countries like India, Indonesia, Africa, or Other countries would have researched and found a way to cook it here.

Just like Amul (Milk Brand) found a way to make cheese without rennet. So far, we haven't seen any such attempts in caviar, proving that there is nothing to extract from it.

Don't be selfish, Share it with your friends - if you like my article.

Stay tuned...
