‘Turag Protex’ mask to prevent 99.9 percent virus

The use of masks is important to prevent coronavirus infection. The World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend using cloth masks for the general public. The government of Bangladesh has also made it compulsory to wear a mask when going out and punishment if not.

Following this, Urmi Group has launched a three-tiered antiviral and antimicrobial face mask 'Turag Protex' using Swiss technology (HiQ Viroblock). The mask is 99.9 percent effective in eradicating the virus, which has been tested and proven by a neutral organization in accordance with ISO 18174: 2019 policy, the organization said.
