Sinovac was allowed a vaccine trial in Bangladesh

Health Minister Zahid Malek said the government had allowed the trial of a vaccine from a Chinese company called Synovac in Bangladesh. This trial will be in collaboration with ICDDRB.

He told reporters at the secretariat on Thursday (August 26th). He said only doctors, nurses and those involved in healthcare would be allowed to come voluntarily and be interested in Synovac's corona vaccine trial. However, the vaccine will not be available in the country before December-January.
