The vowel rhythm is consistent with the Bengali language and the process of pronouncing the Bengali sound. This is because the Bengali word naturally has a halanta or consonantal pronunciation process, which Rabindranath Tagore called ‘the mold of laughter’. This feature has been preserved in vowel rhythm. This rhythm originated and developed by preserving the nature of conventional or Prakrit Bengal. As a result, this rhythm can be found in Baul songs, folklore and rhymes outside Sadhu Bangla. * Bengali folklore from ancient times
