The secret for a physically healthy lifestyle is not that much of a secret. It is quite simply that you achieve 10,000 steps every day as you go through your day-to-day life.
There are many different fitness trackers and free apps that you can install on your phone which help you keep track of how many steps you walk every day and as long as you don't over eat and as long as you make sure to get 10,000 steps a day in I think you can maintain a very very healthy lifestyle. Keep that number in mind because that will help you to maintain your health in the long run.
If you can also include a high intensity workout for 15-20 mins in a day with any form of HIIT training, that would be a cherry on the cake as far as your fitness is concerned.
