I have been watching the scores of these 2 games as well as the highlights of these games and if there is not enough evidence from these 2 games that India cannot win without Rohit Sharma in limited overs cricket, then I can't help prove my point.
Rohit was the single biggest match winner in the recent ODI World Cup scoring 5 centuries and single handedly brought India into the semi finals. If you look at the recent record as well in almost all white ball games, Rohit has made a meaningful contribution in all of India's wins so obviously when Rohit doesn't play in a critical series like with Australia, you can almost certainly expect that India cannot win and they didn't. He should be made the captain of white ball cricket for India!
