However, we should take care of physical activity, and snow offers us many opportunities to enjoy it. Not only recreation but also serious training can be more interesting on a slippery surface.

Snowballing is certainly a great recreation, with a lot of fun, all the muscles are activated and we don't notice how tired we are in making and throwing snowballs, and this snow is perfect for that. We should not forget about making Snowman. By rolling the big ball and lifting it, we also activate all the muscles. So, whether you are a recreational athlete or a professional athlete, go outside and enjoy.

The fresh air will surely please you, and if you are not for some heavy physical effort, then you can enjoy a light walk at any time of the day. Clear the snow around your entrance or in your yard, and you will be proud of your "past" work. Snow football - the perfect recreation! Whoever tried it, must have been delighted. The ball does not move exactly as we wanted, but it slips easier, and the fall is not so painful because the surface is soft.
