Let us be honest. We are now living in a COVID-19 pandemic plagued world where a new era was born. We have seen a lot of new normal ways of living from the way how we buy necessities like food, medicine, etc. Most regular mode of learning in schools has been shut down and students stayed at home for modular and online learning. A lot of companies cut off expenses resulting to heavy unemployment rate thus more people are jobless. Turmoil across the world! Governments have made their ways helping their citizens through stimulus like financial aids and raising job openings but still are not enough to relieve the stress that this pandemic resulted.
Are we all done folks? Not yet, not yet over. The time has just started and there are just some hope remains at least for all people and institutions all over the world. Hope is one of the aspects that drive people to continue surviving despites all odds might go against them.
The world we once knew before has evolved as technologies soared to new heights. Are you excited to read some more? I am just getting started with my article so please fasten your seat belts for just in a moment I will talk about what I am seeing will happen in the near future, let us say 3-5 years from now if we continue living behind the coronavirus dark curtains. This is not the first time the world suffered pandemics like the COVID-19. Who can forget the infamous Spanish Influenza in the mid-1930s that killed millions of people at least all over the world! But it ended, so we must all be hopeful that the same thing will happen as well for the coronavirus as it already entered its 10th month wreaking havoc.
Alright, I am now going to discuss my main point of writing this article. There is a case study that has researched cash, especially in the forms of bills, can carry virus and bacteria for some period of time. I highly suspected that this could have aided the rapid coronavirus spread in global scale. Well, we all know that physical money is indeed very dirty.

This is where cryptocurrencies shine their lights especially the Ripplelab’s native cryptocurrency in their XRapid technolody the XRP and some other people who like or dislike cryptos call it simply Ripple.
Since its inception way back 2012, XRP’s sole purpose is to make crossborder payment settlements faster, cheap, reliable, decentralized even the Banking financial institutions are using it to make payments with their partners in global scale. We are talking about how XRP can move money literally across anywhere in the world in seconds. Have you ever wondered why it takes a lot of time to send money abroad and costs so expensive? Ironically speaking, hello we are living in almost 5G network of internet data and oh goodness why money transactions are behind! It should be a priority and that’s how Ripplelab’s company has envisioned the global payments should be. In seconds like sending email, period! No drama.
On the other hand, XRP is way eco-friendlier and at least help our dying, suffocating world unlike Bitcoin which requires a monstrous amount of power to be mined into creation. Nonetheless why it is so expensive to produce and valued tremendously like the gold.

I am not trying to point out that holding Bitcoin is wrong even its original goal from its whitepaper is to solve money inflation, it’s another way of saying it is working off and away from the bank which are corrupt after the wake of 2008 Financial Crisis. But let us talk real here, Banks are here to stay and XRP is working in harmony with the banks and the people. I can also say that XRP is a bridge currency now that Central Banks across the world are racing their way into creating their own Digital Versions of their fiat currencies. Only time will tell.
I am not trying to promote XRP and to make it price go up by making this article here. I am trying to say that I am pointing on how I am seeing the future of payments which will happen sooner than 80% of all people in the world will happen. I have done my own research folks! It took at least 11 years for Jeff Bezos’s Amazon to dominate his chosen industry globally.
The end game is where we are heading and what matters most. It is not how the game that XRP has chosen to join into, it is how it will close the game out. I will not disclose how XRP will win the end game like chess mating its opponent. It’s the micropayments. That is it, why? Because of XRP’s transaction speed and almost free transaction cost. Does a regular 0.000012 XRP fee bothers anyone? I think no.
There are a total of 100 Billion XRP in supply and at the moment 60%+ are locked up in escrow accounts and only around 40% in circulation all over the world. It’s the fastest cryptocurrency in the world, it’s efficient, reliable, error-free, and scalable like VISA for it can handle 1500+ transactions per second. Who in the right mind will use Bitcoin to pay your restaurant bills where fast-pace transactions are demanded?
Even though is XRP is damn cheap right now sitting around 25 cents apiece, it does not matter to me. I know its market capitalization will burst once adoption will happened especially once crypto regulation is out! From that time, I can see the mass utility of XRP usage, from paying bills, buying stuff online, and sending money abroad, place a bet in sports and more and more. Endless possibilities of micropayments!
Let XRP take its time. I know there is a time for everything. Ripplelab’s company has continued making their partnerships with different institutions all over the world. I heard rumors like Apple and Amazon partnerships so from that crazy speculations alone, the micropayments will be in the hands of the XRP. To close out this article, I am not seeing a 25 cents, 1 dollar, 10 dollar nor 100 dollar XRP if all things are ready for XRP’s mass adoption globally.
