Daniel 2:27-28 New International Version (NIV)

27 Daniel replied,

“No wise man, enchanter, magician or diviner can explain to the king the mystery he has asked about,”

28 but there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries. He has shown King Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in days to come. Your dream and the visions that passed through your mind as you were lying in bed are these:

When Daniel and his friends faced the execution decree by king Nebuchadnezzar, they prayed hard asking the LORD Almighty God’s help to rescue them from the dreadful fate. And the LORD didn’t failed to show mercy and love unto them. He opened Daniel’s mind and granted him wisdom that led him and his friends even the unbelievers’ deliverance from death.

As followers of Christ, our strength and wisdom must always come from Him. We cannot save ourselves. We cannot trust our own understanding in trying to resolve life’s challenges. The LORD Almighty God is all-powerful and all-knowing! He will grant us the strength and wisdom if we truly worship and seek Him with all of our heart and soul. He is reliable and trust-worthy. Amen!
