Independence Day is a day when a country has declared its independence. Independence day is very meaningful for every country, because in celebrating independence day, we will get so many things, joy that we feel as people in an independent country. In my beloved country, Unitary State Republic of Indonesia, day of independence falls today on August 17, seventy-seven years ago, first President of Indonesia, Ir. Soekarno declared Indonesia's independence on Friday, August 17, 1945, marked by reading text of Proclamation. Indonesia's first president, Ir. Soekarno was a leader who fought very persistently to fight for Indonesia's independence with his friends and companions, he was also very firm and wise when he led Indonesian state after declaring independence. Today we remember all services of Indonesian National heroes who have died and who fought for freedom of this country. Happy 77th Independence Day to Republic of Indonesia!
