Light Emitting Diode (LED)
In last decade, LED lighting technology has continued to develop. Starting to appear LED decorative lights are small, compact and have many colors. Variety of types of LED lights that are increasingly varied gives you more options to choose right lamp for your home. Currently, LED lights have begun to be widely used and their presence replaces role of ordinary light bulbs. Do you already know, what is an LED light? An LED lamp, also known as a Light Emitting Diode, is an electric lamp that produces light from a component called a diode. Different from light bulbs that still use gas, this type of lamp requires an electronic circuit so that it can light up when connected to electricity.
LED lamps are in great demand due to their high power efficiency compared to incandescent and fluorescent lamps. The ability of LEDs to emit light is about 30 to 40 percent better than ordinary light bulbs. In some types of high-power LED lights, there is a heatsink component that functions to remove excess heat from components inside. Some LEDs installed in motorized vehicles even have fans to cooling lights while they are in use. Main advantage of LED lamps is that they are much more energy efficient than incandescent lamps and ordinary light bulbs. These lamps also have a longer lifespan, with a lifespan of about 10,000 to 50,000 hours of use. Lamp is made with environmentally friendly materials and does not contain mercury and other harmful gases, making it safe for the environment. Different from incandescent lamps, LED glow is not hot and the lamp is harmless to the touch after use. Lack of heat from emitted lights makes room less prone to heat, while reducing potential fire hazard caused by lights. However, behind some of the advantages LED lights also have disadvantages. LED lights can't stand being exposed to heat for a long time. Some types of lamps even have heatsinks and fans to reduce heat of electronic components contained in lamp. LEDs that are too often exposed to heat will easily be damaged and reduce their ability to emit light. Price of LED lamps is also relatively more expensive than ordinary light bulbs. You need to prepare more budget to buy LED lights at home. LED lights have a straight and directional beam of light. Some lamps use a plastic cover that is made opaque so that the light rays can spread throughout the room perfectly.
So, are you interested in buying and using LED lights at home? Or maybe your house is fully using LED lights? Choose brand and specifications of lamp according to your budget and needs. Be sure not to install the LEDs in closed downlights, so they don't overheat and damage quickly.

You have a big knowledge about LED, you must be an electrical engineer, well i can see that everywhere the LED technology is spreading most as compared to LCD, the reason behind this is it consumes less energy and gives more output. ❤️ Productive article.

I just wrote as much as I could, look at simple picture of former lamp that I used. lol LED technology is indeed very extraordinary, with less electrical power consumption can produce bright light and is more environmentally friendly, very efficient.

LED lights have changed the atmosphere of houses nowadays, they look so bright light even reaches in the corners. My house is full of LED lights.
Thank you for sharing more about LED... Some motorcycles are using LED lights too which is more bright compared the others. This has sometimes an disadvantage because the driver in opposite direction can hardly see the road because of the light too high.
Maybe it is an additional light, because vehicle manufacturer has tested limits of brightness and direction of light on vehicle so as not to disturb other drivers.
Those were the replacement of the original one...
if it is in season LED kites are often used to be installed on kites, at night the kites will be better because there are LED lights . Hihi

We switched to LED lights a long time ago. It saves us more power and it lasts longer. I am so happy that people are also switching to these kinds of lamps because it is more environmentally friendly.
