Bulk cooking oil and packaged cooking oil
Bulk cooking oil and packaged cooking oil are basically derived from palm oil and both come from palm kernel fractionation process. Most basic difference between these two oils is in filtration process. Bulk cooking oil only undergoes one filtering and packaged cooking oil goes through two screenings.
Bulk cooking oil can actually be of good quality. However, in terms of sales distribution, we do not know and there is no guarantee regarding quality and quality of bulk cooking oil because it does not go through clinical trials before being sold to public.
For packaged cooking oil, of course it has gone through clinical trials and passed strict supervision before being traded to public, so its quality is guaranteed and suitable for consumption.
Bulk cooking oil is distributed using tanks and then transferred to drums and sold unpackaged, so the hygiene of this type of oil is not guaranteed. Usually, bulk cooking oil is packaged using plastic by retailers at a rate according to consumer demand.
Packaged cooking oil of course already has a certain packaging, as well as information about fat content and nutrition contained in cooking oil. Packaged cooking oil must have a guaranteed level of cleanliness, because there is no contamination or being moved to other places and must be closely monitored, with guaranteed quality and level of cleanliness.
Actually, both have their own advantages and disadvantages, bulk cooking oil has a low price because there is no packaging fee, while packaged cooking oil is guaranteed for its quality and cleanliness because packaging is done from the factory and distributed directly to consumers without changing packaging, but sold with higher prices because they have to incur additional costs for packaging.
Choice remains consumer's, they certainly know better which one fits their needs. I'm curious about your area, do you also have bulk cooking oil in your area?
That's just my little opinion about the difference between bulk cooking oil and packaged cooking oil, hopefully it can add to your insight. Thank you for reading to the end!

In my personal view raw cooking oil or single filtration oil is better in terms of nuturation.
