To prevent the spread of diseases caused by mosquitoes, we need mosquito repellent. There are many types of mosquito repellent that are sold in market, there are burned, sprayed, electric and lotion types. All of them have their own advantages.
It should be understood that mosquito repellent is a poison whose function is to repel or kill mosquitoes. Because it is made of chemicals, it will be harmful to humans. To prevent poisoning in humans, it is necessary to follow the instructions for use listed on packaging label.
I will try to describe my opinion about type of mosquito repellent and give tips when using it.
Anti mosquito burn
This type of mosquito repellent is suitable for use in large areas, usually placed near a window or door to prevent mosquitoes outside house from entering house, because of aroma produced by burning this type of mosquito repellent.
For advice on use, it is better to use it in an area that has good air circulation because mosquito repellent will produce smoke from combustion. You can choose mosquito repellent that has a fragrant aroma such as lavender and others.
Anti mosquito spray
This type is most commonly used mosquito repellent because it is considered more efficient in killing mosquitoes. Just spray it into room and then close room for a while then mosquitoes in the room will die.
Suggested use is to spray in the corner of room and a dark place, it is a favorite place for mosquitoes to hide. After being sprayed, room is closed for 15 to 30 minutes so that mosquito repellent works perfectly to eradicate mosquitoes in the room.
Anti mosquito electric
This is a safe solution to using insect repellent, because this type does not produce smoke and does not emit chemical particles like spray type. But you still have to avoid using it for a full night to avoid effects of active ingredients that can interfere with breathing.
Anti mosquito lotion
This type is also a safe solution to avoid mosquito bites, but you still have to pay attention to area that is smeared with lotion, you should only use it once a day and don't apply it to injured skin, also don't use it on skin near eyes. Choose a lotion that does not have synthetic chemicals to be safe for your skin.
Those are some types of mosquito repellent, you should use mosquito repellent according to instructions listed on packaging to avoid poisoning or skin irritation. Thank you for reading till end, hopefully it can add to your insight.
