The top first top 5 Filipino Food/Dish in my Country. Hope you read it❤️❤️❤️.

1.) ADOBO

  • This dish is very delicious food we have. You can't go wrong with ADOBO as this is probably the most popular dish in the Philippines. Some even consider this as the "National Dish" which is of course still unofficial. It is actually consist with or chicken. Stewed or raised or a sauce and vinegar,cooking oil,garlic,bay leaves, peppercorn and soy sauce. There are also many variants of ADOBO. Like seafoods and squid ADOBO. Many foreigners also like ADOBO and they really love it. One day when I just brows my Facebook I saw a video f a Foreigner who cooked ADOBO because she was craving for it . She knew how to cook this dish because she once before visited Philippines for vacation and she encounter this kind of food we have.

As you see there are many ways or style how to cooked ADOBO 😋. This one use 🍋🍋🍋 lemon not for just playing but he uses lemon instead of vinegar.

This one really looks yummy and I'm hungry right now😋😂.

2.) SINIGANG

  • This is probably the second popular dish in the Philippines. Sinigang is the most often associated Tamarin but it is originally reffered in any meat and seafoods in a sour or acidic broth semilar too but different from paksiw.

  • Sinigang typically use pork,beef,fish,shrimp and sometimes also chicken,stewed with Tamarin, tomatoes,garlic and onions. Most Filipino like to cook sinigang in green long pepper in order to enhanced the taste and add a little spicy.

3.) KALDERETA

  • This one I consider the Filipino stew. Variation of this dish use beef,chicken or pork. Commonly the meat is stewed vegetables and liver paste.

  • Vegetables may include tomatoes, potatoes,olives,bell peppers and hot peppers. This dish has actually lot of variants.

The sauce of KALDERETA is best combination for rice even without meat the sauce is almost perfectly fine 😋. Sarsa palang ulam na eh😂. KALDERETA is very much delicious if the meat is so tender because you can taste the sources with in .Which makes the KALDERETA so yummy .

This is also best sa "buto-buto" or a pork bones of the pork or a beef .

4.) TINOLA

  • TINOLA is the Filipino chicken soup usually serve as appetizer or a main entree . Traditionally this dish is cooked with chicken were just a green papaya,chili paper in a broth flavored with ginger,onions and fish sauce.

  • Some also used Sayote or yellow papaya instead of green papaya for the dish. Personally I refer to use yellow papaya for this dish as it provides a more dynic flavor.

I forgot the malunggay and the dahon Ng sili na mas nagbibigay Ng mas masarap na lasa at aroma sa TINOLA .

This dish is best in rainy season 😊. TINOLA is also serve in occasions most especially in province area which they use the Native chicken.

5.) SISIG

  • SISIG is a Kapampangan dish made from parts of pig heads and chicken liver, usually seasoned with kalamansi,onions and chili peppers. Lucia Connellan of Angeles City also known as a limousine has been credited with reinventing CC by grilling the pig ears and using the cheeks as well.

  • The Philippine Department of Tourism has acknowledge that Allen law since restaurant had established, Angeles City as the CSUN capital of the Philippines in 1974 another trivia to ha😊😋.
