Sleeping habbit

Hello everyone! I hope you are all having a great day today! Who among you experience for late sleeping habbit? getting bed late till 3 am or 4 am? if you do then im not alone.

When the community quarantine imposed, i started to get this habbit of sleeping late. Should i call it a habbit ? Well, it could be bad and good sleeping habbits. There might be a reason or cause why most people are encountering this kind of problem .

  1. STRESS

  2. DISCIPLINE

  3. TOO MUCH EXPOSURE ON GADGETS

When you are stress, you cant control your thoughts on a certain things and it leads you to worry too much. Worrying sometimes may keep you bothered ofcourse you will feel uneasy about and this affect you even on your sleep. You never organize your schedules and you always do procastination. Have atleast alarm for your sleep. Also, never ever get to much exposure on gadgets, it affects your nerves and your eyes.

How did i cope up with this? very simple, i just make myself active, i refrain from my socoal media accounts, i stop procastination so i able to finish my work at the given time, and whenever i feel stress on to something, i use my meditation music to keep my brain relax .
