Ingredients
6 ounces ground pork
1 piece onion minced
2 cloves garlic crushed and minced
1 piece of egg
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt and ground black pepper
4 pieces of long green pepper
4 ounces of eden cheese
4 pieces of lumpia wrapper
2 cups cooking oil
Preparations
First, Heat 2 tbs. of oil in a pan. Saute garlic, and onion until it softens then add the ground pork . Season with salt and pepper. then Saute until all ingredients mixed in the seasoning. Beat the egg and pour into cooked ground pork . Mix well and put it to a bowl and separate.
Next, Slice one side of the green peppers lengthwise and gently scrap the seeds using a small spoon or a butter knife. then Set aside.
Third, Slice the cheese into long pieces. Distribute individual slices of cheese into each pepper. Scoop 1 tbs. of the cooked meat mixture and stuff into the chili peppers Wrap the stuffed peppers in lumpia wrapper.
Fourth, Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan. Fry atleast three lumpia dynamite in a pan until lumpia wrapper turns golden brown. Put and arrange in a serving plate and then serve with your favorite condiment.

ok talaga yang dish n yan maam dynamite lang tawag namin dyan madalas nmin yan orderin ng mga katropa ko sa work twing lalabas kami para maginuman,may isang place kasi sa ortigas dun na gumagawa nyan,,,pero ngayon wala na.... kaya tuwing outing namin di nawawala yang ganyang putahe haha lagi na kami gumagawa ng ganyan pang ulam na pang pulutan pa
