After hours at hospital for my youngest son's respiratory appointment, we went back to a mall nearby our place for hanging out and dinner. Husband was having this sumptuous dinner from an Indonesia stall, he ordered fried rice with 'ayam penyet' aka Indon fried chicken, fried brinjal and omelette. Very very delicious especially the omelette, super well-seasoned. It was yummy that his first bite, my youngest son wanted more and then he finished it all. We ordered another one since my husband had not get to it, but favour was upon us, the boss said buy one free one. Yayyy. So we had more than enough omelette for all.
