I am still drooling while thinking about my lunch with two lovely ladies I mentioned in my previous post below. Let me show you what am I still drooling over. ChangQing Grilled Fish!!!! My Pastor told me ChangQing is a place at China and is popular with ChangQing dish. Usually, it is cooked with dried chillies as well as Sichuan peppercorns. I love anything mala, and when the staff at the Chinese restaurant introduced us this, we nodded our heads 100%. Three of us love the mala plus sourish dish. The fish was so fresh and properly grilled giving that crispy layer, and it paired so well with the mala gravy. Yes, it did look like too much chillies and kind of intimidating, but trust me, it wasn't that spicy till you will fly to the moon. It was just nice, bearable, and it didn't hurt any gut, nor did it make my lips swollen. All good. 😁 Inside this dish was hidden all the valuable greens of 'bokchoy', beansprouts, potatoes and soybean noodles. The soup was really mouth-watering and just the soup and rice was superb enough. I will definitely come back here again and bring my husband and family who loves mala dish. Slurp slurp!
