Another sumptuous meal served by my aunt. Today, she cooked braised chicken with 'kailan' (green vegetables) and baby corn, pork slices with black beans and stir fry lettuce. Also a bowl of soup cooked using bones and red dates, wolfberries and 'ling zhi' (Ganoderma) because she said the uncle who sold her this herbs said 'lingzhi' brings fortune and shoo away bad luck. She and I don't really believe but we love the soup and the taste of 'Ling Zhi'. 😁 Happy weekend everyone. 🥰
