In my previous post, I did mention will post the dinner we bought earlier from Taste of Medan (a shop which sells authentic Indonesian food). We bought: - Chicken Berempah (spices marinated fried chicken) - Chicken Rendang (chicken in dry curry) - Sambal Sotong (squid in chilli paste) - Perkedil (Deep Fried mashed potatoes) - Stir Fry French Bean It was finger-licking good, and we can tell all the spices or paste is made from scratch, not the pre-mix. Super yummy. There are also acar and potato noodle dish which we will only heat up for tomorrow as it is too much food for tonight.. For those already at night, have a good night rest winding down.
