Happy weekend, everyone. This is a dish loved by many; young and old. It is from a TeoChew Noodle stall in my area. They couple sell noodle with homemade fishball and Teochew fishballs (fishballs with fillings) as well as pork noodle with minced pork and Taiwan sausage and special pork ball. I especially love the dry type of pork flat rice noodle with their pork ball and Taiwan sausage. It is a simple noodle meal with their signature soy sauce but yummy. Those who love some 'kick', you may eat it with their bird's eye chilli. Have a super duper awesome day.
