The workers' smiles were so wide, from left ear to right ear when I ordered 10 packs of 'briyani' rice (some with mutton kurma, some with beef rendang, some with chicken masala) from them. I am all for supporting small food businesses, they are barely surviving. Boss said buy 5 packs free 1 pack with chicken. So I had extra 2 packs. The workers said "You buy so many for family and friend, so the free 2 packs you eat." hehehe... Briyani rice is popular Indian dish cooked with basmati rice with varieties of spices and herbs. I don't know how to cook this so I love love love to pack from this stall. The meat cooked to perfect tenderness and the briyani rice so fragrant the boys will wipe them clean. I also packed extra vegetables from 'mamak' nearby for the greens. Let's eat. Slurp! 😋 #Food
