Daily1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣5️⃣6️⃣7️⃣, we browse social media. We like people's posts. We admire people's outlook. We adore their life. We envy their accomplishment. We love their smiles or happy family. And without knowing, subtlely, we may feel dissatisfied about our own life. Or somehow feel something missing in your life or some FOMO sets in... Today, I am reminded to smile to the people around me, not just smile to the camera when doing selfie. I notice my smile brighten up especially the children. The smile makes them feel nice and secure. Today, let us take note of what we can control - our outlook (don't frow as it causes more forehead wrinkles🤪), our mindset, how you think about yourself and others, what you eat or drink, how you treat others, what you watch/read. And let's not focus on (or be affected by) what we can't control - other people's expectations, other people's gossip or feelings or thoughts, the weather, what poeple post on social media, the future, the crypto chart. Oh yes, we can't even control our pets. 😂 Let's look to the mirror and give the person in front of you the best smile. 😍 #RandomThoughts
