Now that I am at Sibu, suddenly I recall the Sibu Kampua I recently ate at a shop from a coffee shop at Kuala Lumpur. The sta stated 'Original From Sibu'. I ordered a bowl of soy sauce kampua which is basically Sibu noodle with pork lard oil and soy sauce, with char siew and onions. I also ordered a bowl of Fuzhou wantan which is Sibu type of wantan which has red rice wine sauce. Very appetizing but they could be tastier. Anyway, good enough for me. Soon, I shall go hunt for the 100% original kampua from Sibu because - duh - I am now at Sibu. 🤣
