Visiting my sister and her family for the first time at Kedah. Our first stop was this famous Mama Jenn Hokkien Mee. And their Hokkien mee means prawn mee in Kuala Lumpur.. The specialty is the flavourful shrimp brotg which they cooked by using prawn's shells as well as pork bones. Very yummy if you like prawn broth. We also ordered stewed chicken feet and stewed pork belly. Not forgetting their recommended 'bak kien', meaning pork roll made with minced pork with five spices, rolled up and fried. The food was yummy and delicious.
