Dinner tonight as pre-Chinese-eve-reunion (haha) because the roast duck company doesn't work tomorrow (supposedly the Chinese eve reunion dinner). This duck is roasted to perfection, with a hint of herbs as well, but still could taste the roasty-ness (I don't know how to describe). One word - yummylicious. Combo with steamed broccoli with oyster sauce and szechuan pickled mustard ABC soup, a refreshing dinner. But, I am about to flat on bed. After all the cleaning dishes and utensils and kitchen and house. Flat! 🤣 Good night, Noise-rs. Thank you for being awesome!
