I advice we all get into better shape so that we can live happily and love our body, we cannot exaggerate the fact that we need to care for our body,
FEW TIPS TO REST
1. Change diet- Eat healthy instead of eating junks or anything you lay your hands on.
2. Start exercising; little exercise is better than none,
3. Go to bed earlier- this make us feel refreshed before we get out of bed,
4. Rest very well after heavy work- this is different from sleeping, you might just be seeing a movies while resting,
5. Drink enough water daily- water get rids of a lot of toxic from the body, water is everywhere at no cost so drink much of it,
6. Give yourself a good treat- visit spa, hit the gym and goto beach to swim or take a glance at the zoo and see beautiful animals,
Body and mind are intertwined, so if we want a sound mind we must take care of our body
