Strawberry Cupcakes

Ingredients:

Flour ........2 / 1-1 cup

Eggs ......4 

Chinese..... one cup

Butter 2/1 cup

Baking powder...... 2 / 1-1 teaspoon

Strawberry Jelly....... 2 teaspoons

Strawberry Chunks.......... 4/1 cup

Icing sugar....... 4 tablespoons

Strawberry Jelly.....one teaspoon

Method:

Add baking powder to the flour and mix. Add 2 tablespoons of jelly. Then add flour, strawberry chunks and mix and bake at 180 degrees. Add icing sugar jelly to the cream and mix and icing on the cupcakes
