There are two sides to the conversation:

Speaking and listening

There is a great lack of good listeners in our society like good speakers.

Listeners need to be able to listen patiently to their peers.

Be able to pay attention quietly and make the speaker feel that they are listening with full interest and enthusiasm.

When someone is speaking, do not ask any questions until they have finished.
