Self-care is very important but when the word self-care comes into our mind we always care for our body, but care of mind and soul is also very important.


Along with the care of the body, care of the soul and mind is very important because they are interconnected,


when body, soul, and mind are fit then one person is healthy and successful.


How we can care for the mind and soul?


We can care for the mind by relaxing, reading, weekly schedule of work, taking a break, talking about the feelings to friends, doing something that you feel good, accept who you are.


These activities help to keep the mind healthy.


We can care of the soul, by reciting the bible, giving time to family, helping others, By doing those things that bring us close to our God.
