Say No to Alcohol

​we all know that Alcohol consumption is very injurious to health and it effects very badly to every organ of our body but mostly Kidneys....! Many addicted person will be seen on treatment board of Dialysis....!

So thanks to Almighty that i have never drunk a drop of Alcohol throughout my life and hope so many will be here who never did this in their while life till now...!

So Please keep yourself away from it and if you are addicted to it, then try to leave this be rehabilitation process....!

Today keep promise to yourself that i will never ever use it nor allow my loved ones to do so...!
